Personal Care
Our carers can assist you with all your personal care needs, such as showering, dressing, mobility and transfers.
Community Access
CSS is also able to assist you to maintain your community contacts and/or to assist you becoming more community involved.
Out-of-Home Care
CSS provides 24/7 support in established home-like facilities in your community; working with other organisations to meet your needs and develop skills.
In-Home Care
CSS also have support staff who will come to your home and assist you to gain skills and the capacity to live as independently as possible within your home.
Respite Care
Caring is a rewarding experience, but it can also be very demanding. Sometimes carers also need help and support. Family carers often need support to keep going. Respite is one type of support available. It means having a break for a few hours or a few days, or having some help for a short period.
